Concept Product strategy implies that there will be a specific design of planning to determine as well as enhance the scope of earning desired percentages of profits by making the product function in a specific way by an organization (Marshall & Johnston, 2019). These profits will be components of the eventual organizational goals. Apart from profits, there can also be other goals of organizations to introduce product strategy. For example, there can be the goal of obtaining customer-loyalty from the selling of specific products marketed and promoted with a specific product strategy (Huo, 2021). There can be expectations from the product by the organization developed even before launching the product with a particular product strategy. For example, there can be an expectation from the product that the product will be accepted by all or most of the targeted customers of the organization. The product strategy will be aligned in such a way that there will be an opportunity created for this expectation to be fulfilled. The determination of the direction of a product strategy will always be important for an organization to finalize (Chen et al., 2021). This is because there can be a single direction or multiple directions chosen by the organization for the product strategy to progress into.
